Lilith is a Siren,who increased her powers by absorbing eridium,a priceless element on Pandora.She was tricked and almost killed by listening to Angel.Roland,Brick,Mordecai and Lilith split up after opening the vault.Which triggered other vaults to become active on Pandora.The team of Vault hunters join up and assist the new Vault hunters on their journey to stop Handsome Jack.
