- Not really my headcanon but since were talking about Kino's picture of Cecil. His hair needs to be more like the ref and the eyes are static right? should have made them green. overall I give it a 2/5

- First things first: hair is the right colour, but wrong hair style. The eyes look green in the reference picture. Should they be green? You should try using one of the default mouths since he's smiling in the ref. You forgot to put socks so there's a weird spot of flesh between his pants and shoes. You could also try using Boundless Space (wine nebula) for a background.
