You may have added blush because you think it's cute, but tone it down. You honestly don't need ANY, and the eyes you are wearing already has built-in blush. It's too much as-is.
Also, maybe a slightly pinker or more natural liptone, unless she started borrowing Ursula's lipstick.
After that you should be golden smile

- I've said this many times and I've never seen anyone do it but Opal Borealis would be perfect for the flower in her hair. What you have works perfectly fine so it's kind of frivolous I guess
