a short sly Irish man who lives in the forest with his pot of gold, waiting for someone to capture him and redeem his treasure. It is said that at the end of every rainbow lies the leprechaun and his /her treasure.One thing is for sure though, if you catch a Leprechaun he/she will lead you to his pot of gold and give it to you as a bribe to let him go. - Date: 09/17/2006
