it's got potential, but there's a lot to work on.
the boots are okay, and so is the skirt (clothing
like that is okay to run in, a pair of leggings
might be nice), but a net top would be better.
stripes and the bow just dont work with ninjas,
and the hearts have no meaning. shuriken is okay,
but work on getting urself a sword or dark star or

I don't like it. That looks nothing like a ninja.
Ninjas don't wear short skirts, striped shirts,
black (hard to run or walk for that matter looking
at them) boots, have hearts coming off their head,
or wear brooches. Nore would they have an eye
patch (wth?). I don't like it at all. I would
give it a "0" if possible- but the lowest is a
