Back a major fight in the sand village, Neji has a broken headband.
I couldn't find a good eye color, so this is the best I could do, because they don't have white eyes.
Besides Gaara, Neji is my favorite character from Naruto. My goal is to get a ninja headband, but winning this contest will help.
