She doesn't have a seeing eye dog but better yet, a seeing shadow. He slithers to and fro, following her every footstep, telling her exactly were to go.
She knows the beauty of the rose she holds but cannot tell of it's dieing. It's blackening dead petals are red and vibrate in her mind.
