If you made the girl's outfit work better, I bet you'd win first prize next time. She's just too cluttered. I know you're going for "lots of spells" but sometimes simpler is better.
I like the blue theme. Stick with lots of blue and maybe an accent color, like gold. Keep the crown. That's a good accent.
Maybe you could just use "mimzy aura" for her powers. It's blue and it's mystic. If you want more magic, try magic dust or something. Nothing big. - Report As Spam
