Yes this is obito. And this is his story. When Kakashi was young and part of a team he had two other teammates, Rin and Obito. Kakashi soon became the leader of the team. Then when sent out on a mission to deploy in a short, taut unit. (In other words, an infiltration unit. Then were supposed to destroy the supply bridge, break up the support operation, and promptly evacuate. How I wish it had gone that way.
