- Description: Atrum Rei is a mercenary/bounty hunter. The name itself was given to Rei, by the Council of Inter-dimensional Democracy(CIDD). He works mainly for the CIDD in bringing rebels to justice that believe the CIDD is corrupt. In a recent mission, Rei was captured by one of the famous rebels, Tai Oozai. While in captivity Rei learned that the CIDD was, in fact, corrupt. Rei has set out on the greatest mission of his life, against the very Council he once called friend.
