This original avatar idea was inspired by the Gisaengs of dynastic Korea.
Gisaengs were raised and schooled to be beautiful socialites that entertained guests with various skills and talents such as singing, poetry and dancing. It was a very glamorous lifestyle, but in some unfortunate cases they were prostituted and used for their bodies if it was not voluntary.
My title is pulled from the idea of a Gisaeng running away from an awful life of servitude and objectification.
