• Water filled her eyes, she couldn't see anything but blured light shining through the water. She could feel the rocks hitting her arms and back, Suddenly everything went dark for what seemed for days when she suddenly heard voices "Be quite Naruto, she's waking up" Her nose twitched as she opened her wide blue eyes, She blinked a couple of times before sitting up.She looked around to see Naruto Sakura Iruka and Kakashi looking at her "Hey there, I'm Naruto" Naruto said with a big wide smile on his face, The girl just stared at Naruto and blinked then turning her head she stared at everybody else "err...and this is Sakura Iruka and Kakashi" Naruto told her. Sakura looked at the girl and asked "can you speak?", She nodded and said "of course i can talk" she giggled for a few seconds "I'm Hikari, nice to meet you all". Hikari had big wide blue eyes and short brown hair, but the was something a bit strange about Hikari's hair it only had two bunches at the frount and no hair at the back well none that anyone could see, She also wore a big Red Bandana on her head. Hikari looked at Naruto "so...where am i" she asked in a confused voice. Naruto and Sakura look at each other "as if she hasn't guessed all of us are wearing Hidden Leaf Ninja head bands" Sakura thought to herself. "Your in the Hidden leaf village, in the hospital" Iruka told her "Hospital?" She asked "Yes, Naruto and Sakura found you at the bottom of the waterfall outside the village, you were badly wounded" He anwsered "Thats right i was fighting that Rock ninja, when she i mean he kicked me into the river" Hikari thought to herself while staring down at her hands seeing the stab wound from the kunai knife that she stopped during that fight. Hikari got out of the hospital bed and tightened her bandana she turned to Naruto and the others "I best get going" she started to walk toward the exit of the room when Kakashi stopped her. grabing the collor of her red top he stoped her "hang on little one" Hikari turned her head and looked up at Kakashi, for some reason just the look of him made her tremble, she was scared of him there was something about him that made her want to run and hide, Kakashi could sense fear when he look into her Dark blue eyes "y-yes-s" she stuttered in a scared voice "Lady Hokage would like to speak to you" he told her, Hikari termebled and gulped "Iruka, take Sakura and Naruto somewhere they can train for a while, i'll lead this little lady to Tsunade" Iruka nodded "right" then he lead Naruto and Sakura out of the hospital. "Catch you later,Hikari" Naruto winked at her as they left "right, follow me" Kakashi began to lead Hikari to the Ninja Acadamey, Hikari kept her distance from Kakashi while she was following him. When they finally reached Tusanade's room in the Acadamey Kakashi openend the door letting Hikari in first as they both walked in Tsunade lifted her head and stared stright at Hikari "So the stories are true, there is one in the village, the last one i believe" she thought, Her eyes turned to Kakashi "Thank you Kakashi, please wait outside" "Right" Kakashi anwsered he walked out the door Hikari watched as he closed the door, Suddenly feeling like she was alone she turned her head to face Tsunade "There have been many rumors about the girl found near the waterfall now, most of them are about who you are, Hikari....Chikako" Hikari eyes widened at Tsunades words, she look at floor like she was ashamed of her Identatiy, Tsunade smiled at her "Your from the Hidden Rain Village, Apprently you left that village in search of someone, but you don't know who" Hikari look up at Tsunade "You have no family and your where permitted to go a course of familys who wanted to adopt you before you left the village, but you left without going through this correct?" Hikari, looking so shocked that she knew about this, nodded Tusanade smiles and called Kakashi back in. "well Hikari, the hidden rain Kage told use to put you on this course" Hikari's eyes widened "Kakashi will be looking after you while you go through this course" Kakashi looked at Hikari "Great, of all things i have to look after a girl for a few weeks...she's about 11 and shes not even a ninja whats so special about her?" Kakashi thought, Hikari trembled as she looked back at him "right" Kakashi said as he turned to the door as he opened it he turned his head to Hikari "Are you coming then?" he asked. Hikari jumped then ran after him. When they arrived at Kakashi sorta flat thing, Hikari was still shaking. For some reason she didn't know of she was terrified of Kakashi. Kakashi showed Hikari to a spare room "errr...i guess this will be your room ok ?" Hikari said nothing just stared at the floor, she was to scared to say a word Kakashi sensed her fear and could see her shaking "Hikari is ther-" Kakashi put his hand on her shoulder Hikari Jumped and screamed, she backed away from Kakashi, Kakashi looked really confused "Whats wrong ?" he asked, walking closer to her, Hikari kept backing away from him untill she hit the wall. Kakashi knelt down in front of her, Hikari turned her head to the side and said the words "Please, Dont hurt me" a tear ran down her face, Kakashi was really shocked he had no intention of hurting her. Kakashi put his hand on Hikari's cheek and turned her head back round to face him "why would i want to hurt you" he asked her. Hikari looked into his eye still termbling she anwsered "I-I don't know". Kakashi whiped away the tear from her face and smiled at her "Then theres nothing for you to be afraid of". Hikari gasped as Kakashi stood up, Hikari looked up at him. Kakashi undid her bright red bandana, Hikari's shoulder lenght hair slipped down around her head. Kakashi placed his hand on her head and rubbed it gently, Hikari closed her eyes and a gental smile slipped across her face, when she opened her eyes she was in Kakashi's arms, he was sat on a chair in the spare room. Hikari looked at him with a confused look on her face. He was reading his little book come come paradise, when he noticed Hikari looking up at him, he quickly closed his book and smiled at Hikari."Hello sleepy head" he smiled and rubbed her head again. Hikari smiled a little then looked really worried again "i-i'm sorry" she stuttered looking at her fingers as she played around with them. Kakashi smiled at her "its ok, Hikari". Kakashi looked at the clock "its 2:30 am already" he stood up and dropped Hikari to the ground, she yawned and walked over to the spare bed, climbing into it she turned to Kakashi, he petted her head again and smiled "Night then". As he walked out of the room Hikari bllinked and whispered "t-thank you" before closing her eyes and falling back too sleep.
