• I was breathing. I was thinking, about him.
    My eyes snapped open . I was in bed lying down. I was alive!. Then I felt burning pain in my arm. I pulled out my arms from the covers . I looking at my left arm, it had claw marks on it and a bit bloody. The I looked at my right hand and my left arm almost looked perfect form my right arm. It had had blood soaked bandages. they went till the bottom of my shoulder. I looked at my shoulder and saw deep claw marks running down to the bandage part. That was the only part that wasn't bleeding. I pulled a bit of my bandage up on my hand to see it. All my skin was gone from my hand, even some flesh. I had seen many gory things since I had been in this city but it was so over whelming that I ran to the bathroom to puke out the bad thought about my arm.
    I had tried my powers to be in the sun. It had worked for a bit but then failed on me, like it had abandoned me altogether.I had been knocked out and then woke up here. It was the boy who had saved me, even though he was a billions miles away in another world. He had been my protector but then went back to his home, Earth, like me.
    I went to the sink to wash up and then saw a mark on my face. I pulled my ginger hair away to see a mark with a half of a moon on it. It was so of like a jewel because it popped out of my head and shined in the bathroom light. It was silver with a mix of black and white in it. Then I pulled back my hair to see there was more. There was a tattoo coming from the half moon. I came down the left side of my face and curled at the bottom of my eye. I was a red color, it looked like my wet blood. That made me think of my arm and I turned around to my toilet and started puking again.
    I had seen her. I had seen every thing that happen that day. I had seen it from a birds eye view. I had seen her powers work . She had been protected from the sun. She had started floating in the air, she had looked like an angel slowly coming to earth. Then I had seen her powers failed. She had been floating so gentle and then she fell down so violently and it hit the ground. Then i saw her robe that had protected her fade back into her normal clothes. Then I had seen her start to burn up.
    That is when i had felt like before I had left. I picked her up and started running like I had when I was vampire. Having her in my arms once again had me my run like heck. Then I got to the house I used to stay with her. I still had her in my arms when she had opened her eyes . I wanted to hug her and tell her how much I missed her and every thing she had missed back on Earth. But I saw her arms and I knew she was in pain. I told her lies so she would go to sleep. I had wrapped up her right arm. Then I wiped off the some blood on her face. Then I had seen her new mark. I wanted to wake her up and tell her every thing but she was now not just sleeping, She was unconscious. I wanted to be there with her. I wanted to stay to see her awake. I wanted to tell her how I felt about seeing her, but I felt my self being pulled away. Then I looked to see myself fading away. I was going home, again. I picked her up and kept her in my arms . The when my arms were gone I got her back lying down. I spoke aloud even thought I knew she couldn't hear me. " Sorrow it's me, I promise I will be back before you leave, and maybe I will be there to take you home."I saw her move and I wanted to yell so she could hear me, but I felt myself being pulled back to Earth. She would have to awake with out her protector for her first day. She would see the blood and marks with out me being there comforting her, she would have to this more than just today.
