Its been 4 and a half years. Time passes by so quickly. It's a tragedy that no one can return to those old days. Now…nothing is the same. The wind isn't as lively, the town has become more corrupt, and no one is together anymore. Then again, I wouldn't want to change the present either. I'm now holding something special. Only the luckiest of women could be gifted with such a joyous miracle. It is time to let everyone know. But how will I break it to them?
I swiftly and surreptitiously snuck into Konoha in the depths of the night. The moon hung valiantly in the sky. The path that lay ahead of me was flooded by the balmy light of Luna. I wore a black and red cloak that had many flashy red clouds. Under the cloak laid a big stomach greater than a fat man.
It had been a long time since I visited the town. I remember my last day. That night I threw away goodbye to my childhood innocence and forever left my sanctuary.
I ambulated though the South and found my way up to my old residence. There was police tape that wrapped around and through every hole of the entrance. Whatever. I own this place anyway…Well, I lived there, but same thing! I briskly slid a kunai out of my coat's sleeve. Without wasting another second, I slashed through the yellow and black restrictor and walked into my old home. I walked apathetically passed the front garden and made my way to the secondary entrance. This door lead to the Inner Manner of the Uchiha's home. I firmly grasped the rusting handles and lightly tugged them open. An alacrity of musty air flooded out of the Inner Manner. One…Two…Three…Four…Five…Six… I counted the rooms as I walked by them …Seven…Eight…Nine…Ten…and…Eleven. "Wow. It looks…like it was never touched at all." I spoke aloud in jolt. I slowly dragged my feet across the hard, wooden floor towards my bed. I let my body fall gracefully onto my bed. I slept right away, on my back of course.
Morning came without delay. My body was trained to wake up early, but this time I found that I had overslept. How unusual… As I sat in the far corner of my bed, I thought about how I would make my grand appearance. Heh, maybe I should sneak up on them when they are training, or should I play it cool and walk past them and just say 'hi'? Hmm… Deciding not to waste the day away I got up and started to head out. I strolled the same path I did last night. This time, the horrid smell had been blown out. I treaded down a nostalgic river that led to the training grounds. After many minutes had passed, I found myself watching a certain ninja train. His focus was intense and it never drifted from his target. He sharply lifted his arm and swayed his body to the side. He was gripping a kunai. This small, but sharp metal object was then filled with chakra in an instant. The next thing I saw was a blur and the, instead of sticking in the tree, went through the it and a rock! Amazing! He sure has been training hard. I better talk to him later.
I waited out the day eating pretty much anything that caught my attention. The time soon came to surprise Naruto. As I headed towards the training grounds for the second time today, I ate mochi balls. The weather was hot and I found it suitable to put on my hat. While I was eating, I suddenly felt a strong force from the side. The mighty and unbearable force knocked me onto the floor spilling my mochi balls everywhere. "Ah, That was quite rude." I said as I struggled to regain my balance. "Oh, sorry! Ah! What's wrong with your tummy?!!! Its HUGE!!!" The brute said while pointing towards my enlarged belly. "Its called being pregnant." I said with slight annoyance. When I looked up towards the boy, the light stunned my view. As my eyes readjusted, I realized that I was talking to Naruto. "Heh, Do you really not recognize me? And did you not recognize this coat? It is an Akatsuki coat." "Erm…" He babbled oblivious and unable to see my face. "Never mind." I whispered as I walked away. "Akatsuki? Oh my GOD!" He shrieked.
What a blunt guy. It has been such a long time and yet he remains incompetent. Crap, I'm running out of time. I have to talk to him right now. He is probably at his house… This time I could not joke around. My deadline was coming up and I had to attend a rendezvous. In no time I arrived at Naruto's house. I entered his house through an open window. Idiot…Leaving a bloody window open. I decided to wait in his monstrous room. Time flew by and you decided to rest on his bed. Night had once again loomed and Naruto was due back any moment. *Thump* *Thump* I heard heavy footsteeps coming from outside the room. *Thump* *Thump* The haunting footsteps grew louder and more boisterous. In one quick motion the door the Naruto's room opened and a broad figure stood in the doorway. "OH MY GOD! MIKU?!"

Part 1
Ok first of, good job for writing. ^^
compliments:
you have blunt humor..^^ it's cute...lol 'pregnant' line was good. ^^
second, i can see that you're trying to expand your vocabulary, so that's even better, but besides all this, you still have a bit of a way to go, so hear me out? ok?? ^^
Pretty much the MAIN issue in this piece is vocab use...
i know you're trying and i respect that. ^^ it's good, but you should know WHEN to employ certain words.
