• Tick tock…tick tock… Seconds count down slowly.
The pendulum swings back and forth with green eyes following.
Tick tock…tick tock… Sixty seconds have gone by and you can hear him breathing hard. Sweat swims across his forehead, towards his cheek and down his neck. The sun is setting quicker than time is moving. The transition from day to night is beautiful and he knows this.

Tick…tock…tick tock…His gaze flickers from the clock in the corner to the window above him, then back. He swallows hard. Time has stopped but the clock is still ticking and the pendulum still swings back and forth, slowly lowering itself over him.

Tick tock…tick tock… His heart starts racing and anxiety kicks in. His eyes scan the room frantically. Images of his life flash by him in the reflection of the swinging blade that continues to lower with each passing second. Tick tock! Tick tock! The ticking of the clock seemed to echo through out the room and was driving him insane! Tick tock! The clock is screaming at him. Tick Tock! He knows he only has seconds left and tears blurry his vision as they ill his eyes, threatening to spill over. Tick tock! He closes his eyes tightly and sobs quietly. Tick tock! Tick tock! Times up.
    Tick…tock…tick...
