long ugo when the tribes of the aztec and the mayen where still hear. the sacrificed prisoners and traders to please the gods the main god was the sun god we beleved that the sun like ran on blood when there was not enouph blood the sky turned blue when this happend the next day the sun would not come. when the spanish people came over they destroyed everyone and made it so that thay could not sacrifice anymore the sun did not come up for many moons and then the god of life ahnd death told him that the spanierds had killed them and the sun was sad so he began to cry and stay in the sky with no blood also this is what makes rain when the sun cys its heat avaporites the water and is falls
