• Kiri was just an average teenage girl.She had an acceptable amount of money. She had the greatest boyfriend ever. She had everything she ever needed.She lived in the peace of her valley home, where everything was safe, and everything was perfect.Little did she know that all that was about to change.....
    It started on quite an unusual day. Kiri was in the middle of getting ready for school when there was a knock on the door.
    Kiri's mom answered and Kiri heard them talking, then she heard a scream and a roaring bang. Everything fell silent, it seemed Kiri couldn't find the strength to move. After what felt like days, Kiri slowly walked into the living room. She was horrified, blood covered the walls and the furniture, and in the middle of the room was the corpse of her mother, torn to pieces. Tears flooded her eyes as she rushed outside, only to find the whole valley dead. Corpses were strewn everywhere, some torn, some whole. Kiri fell to her knees, unable to stand anymore. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" she screamed to the heavens.
    "KIRI!!!!" Kiri looked around and found her boyfriend,Skylaar, rushing towards her. Kiri stood and rushed for Skylaar. They held each other, Kiri's breath came in short sobs as she wept. "E...ev...evr...every....everyo.....everyon...everone i...i...is....de..dea..dead!" She barely managed to say. "I know" Skylaar said faintly. His grip on Kiri loosened and he fell whispering his last words "avenge me and everyone you know, head to the center of the forest, there you'll find a stone that glows icy blue the night of an eclipse, touch this stone....." his breath shuddered and he was gone, doomed to eternal sleep.
    Kiri looked up at the forbidding forest.
    "I have to do this!" she thought to herself. She forced herself forward and walked, determined to find the stone, into the sighing trees. She wandered until it became dark and the moon shone full, revealing a path with its light. Cautiously, Kiri walked along the path until she came to a clearing and in the middle was an enormous pitch-black stone with mirror-like inscriptions covering every inch.
    Suddenly everything became dark. Kiri thought she had become blind and nearly screamed from panick when the stone began to glow, faintly at first, but soon brightened. Kiri glanced down and gasped, the ground had become a swirling mass of light that seemed to be slowly rising upwards. She heard chanting, but she couldn't understand what was being said. Kiri looked at the stone and saw that the inscription was spiraling downwards, towards the light that was beneath her. Looking down once again, Kiri noticed that the light was starting to take the form of some animal, she couldn't tell which animal it was, though it looked like it had wings.
    "Touch the stone" Was she just imaginig it, or did the light just talk to her? A little freaked out, Kiri set her hands upon the surprisingly warm stone. The ground beneath her rumbled deafiningly and the stone's light pulsated in all directions like tsunamies grabbing at everything in their path. The light beneath the ground rushed into her. Kiri was lifted into the air. She looked at her hands and saw that they were changing, her skin was becoming white fur! Glancing at the stone she realized that it's glow was becoming faint.
    Kiri stared at the stone as it's color changed to a mirror-like white. She was stunned. In the stone's reflection she saw a pure-white wolf with glittering wings. "Is that me?" she asked herself.
    She stood there, admiring the powerful beast she had become. Just then, she remembered Skylaar. "I will avenge you" She promised............
