• LullabyShe sits across from her world...helpless. Her eyes full of the reflection as she watches her world burn in flames. She has no tears left to shed...after every little thing, her parents, her friends, her life was nothing but a lie. Kept for her ability to protect this facade. No screams echoed though...nothing. That didnt surprise her though. Lies didnt feel, didnt dream, didnt love. She did though...they didnt understand. Lies dont understand. Her world burned hotter...higher. Smoke towered above the town. But she'd rather be this being...one that felt rather than feel nothing at all. She stood up...and started to walk away...as she did, the wind seemed to whisper
    "Knowing that no one cares
    Too consumed in their masquerade
    No one sees her there
    And still she sings..."
    Then she looks back a final time and starts to sing the same song she learned as a child...an old lullaby. The wind picks up again and sings its song.
    "Till everything burns
    While everyone screams
    Burning in their lies
    Burning my dreams
    All of this hate
    And all of this pain
    I'll burn it all down
    As my anger reigns"
    Then the wind and the girl leave...their ruins scattered to the four winds...finally only the truth remains.
