• Chapter 6

    **Christine's POV**
    After Logan left I sighed and looked to Derek. His eyes looked tired and worn. I wanted to kiss him so badly. My body yearned for him. He must have seen it in my eyes because the next thing I knew I was pulled off of the hospital bed and onto Derek's lap. He was kissing me passionately,his tongue entertwining with mine. I faintly heard someone clear their throat,but I ignored it and just kept kissing Derek. Then someone started to pull me off of Derek's lap. Derek growled low in his throat and held me tighter. I was finally pulled out of my happy place when someone very strong took me out of Derek's arms and into their own. "Derek!"I whined and the person holding me chuckled. I looked up and saw James. He was grinning at me,"You're not well enough for making out. Why don't you two just stick to holding hands or something?" Derek stood up and took me out of James's arms. I squealed happily that Derek had taken me out of James's arms and stayed cuddled up in Derek's arms. "Are those the doctors orders?"Derek asked James as he rolled his eyes. James nodded,"Yup. He said if you two were to start making out I was supposed to stop it......Christine I don't think I have ever seen someone so into a task that they have no idea what's going on around them." I stuck my tongue out at him and stayed curled up in Derek's arms. A very frustrated looking nurse came in and told Derek to lay me back down on my bed. He laid me back down and I pouted like a little kid. When the nurse went away he sat down on the bed next to me. I smiled and laid my head on his chest. Lauren laughed,"You guys just can't keep your hands off of each other can you?" Derek shook his head and laughed,"Nope." We all laughed and then Logan walked in with tons of Mountain Dew's in his hands. He saw me and Derek on the bed and his eyes widened. His eyes showed that he was hurt by what was happening. He blinked and it was gone. He smiled a fake smile and handed everyone their drinks. Well,everyone except for Derek. Derek laughed,"It's okay. I have my drink right here." He pretended to bite into my neck and I was shocked. It was like Derek was just trying to make Logan mad! I sighed and took a drink of my Mountain Dew. Logan sat down in a chair far away from where Derek and I were on the bed. I looked to Derek,"Can we take a vacation? To Greece? Please!" Derek thought a moment then nodded,"Yes. Do you guys want to come?" Lauren and James nodded. "We would love to! We have both been missing Greece alot,"Lauren said and smiled. I looked to Logan. He seemed to be weighing the pros and cons of going. He finally sighed and nodded,"Yeah I'll go." I smiled and looked to Derek,"We're all going! Yay!" Derek laughed and kissed the top of my head. "Wait a second. When can I leave this hospital?"I asked Derek. Logan answered instead,"They said in about 2 days. They just want to make sure that you are okay." I sighed heavily,"Okay." Lauren smiled at me and tried to cheer me up,"How about we go shopping for some clothes before we leave for Greece? I hear that there's going to be tons of sales soon!" I smiled brightly,my mood immediately picking up. "That sounds great!"I exclaimed. I then yawned and my head rested back against Derek's chest. "Why am I so tired all of a sudden?"I asked him my words slurring slightly. He smiled down at me and kissed my forehead,"Because you need to sleep. Just go to sleep,love." I did as he said and fell into a deep sleep.
