• Chapter 1: Laws of Invation1

    Once there was a far away land called Cairum, where a great hero named Saihuden, who was a black haired Adelan2, saved the world, but that was long ago and he was long forgotten...
    Saihuden, who was clothed in long blue breeches, along with a olive green shirt covered in a long black cloak, sat at his small home in the village of Veydende, eating his meal when suddenly he had a burst of rage from times long past. He flung his table startling Miru, who once was a beautiful sage whose soul now resides in a doll, has green hair, and wears a red dress. "Get my sword Miru!" yelled Saihuden. She simply asked "why?" He replied angrily "because I am going to perform Invation." Miru got Saihuden's sword and Saihuden chanted "lóng." Miru gasped "dragon." at that moment a dragon started to appear and Saihuden's pupils started to disappear. At the end of the Invation there was a red dragon with a green mane, and long yellow-orange whiskers and Saihuden but somehow he had changed, it looked like he was, strangely, happy.
    This startled Miru causing her to run and hide. “Thank you,” Said the dragon, “What is your name?” demanded Saihuden. “Emneveer Gen” said the dragon, “I will now do something for you.” Gen said. Saihuden demanded “Enhance my Sword.” “Granted.” Said Gen. Gen’s tail touched the blade of the sword, and then pain shot through Saihuden’s arm causing him to drop his sword. Soon black indents started to form on Saihuden’s arm until a “tattoo” formed, if that is what one would call it.
    “Ouch!” yelled Saihuden. Gen replied “that is normal.” “You could have said that earlier!” said Saihuden. This is when Miru came out from hiding, and said “You should have known.” “When did you come out from hiding?” Miru answered “Just now.” Then Saihuden picked up his sword and weighed it to find out that it was now perfectly balanced. Gen said “It also can destroy matter.” “That’s impossible!” yelled Miru. “So is what I did in the war.” Said Saihuden reminding Miru he had survived an arrow through the heart in the war over the lands of Cairum. Then Saihuden realized what he just said. He had talked about the one thing he would never talk about, not even to Miru except on the day they met…
    The day was 100 years ago. Saihuden had just been freed from his old life and was to start anew in the castle of the night, which was a huge castle not too far away from Veydende. It was shortly after he arrived in the castle that he met Miru, a very young sage about to become an arch sage, probably the greatest in the world…
    But that was so very long ago and in a time where Saihuden wished he could forget, but that was not soon in the coming. It was Miru who had startled him back into reality he then noticed that she had gotten a belt of pouches and a staff, and then they were off. Saihuden had a strange habit of moving around a lot without need but when the need to move had arisen he would always stand his ground and fight the intruder until the intruder either backed down or died. He always moved shortly after the battle anyway. This started out as one of his strange moves, but the others didn’t know that Saihuden planned to extract his revenge on the person who had cost him his kingdom.
    The others also were not aware he knew who the assailant was. He was a person who couldn’t die of old age, so now all he had was a face to rely on. With the morning sun high and warm Saihuden, Miru, and Gen started out on a new adventure. They left to go to Beroma the biggest city still in existence in the wondrous land of Cairum. In Beroma there is a grand mansion that belongs to a great sage who was rejected as an arch sage, and her name is Miru. When they finally reached Miru’s house she ran in to it and after fourteen minutes she came back out with a set of tomes, stones with magical runes carved into them “these tomes are for teleportation,” Miru explained, “Where to?”

    1Invation- the act of creating a creature that serves you. 2Adelan-a pale to pale-white human-like creature that lives for exactly 170 years, and is the only thing capable of using Invation.
