• She was walking around the park in the middle of the night. She was alone and she looked about 17 or 18. Her hair was the deepest blood red i had ever seen on a person. Her pale green eyes glowed in the darkness. She was small but had a predator feel. Her name was Zaeda. But she was no human, though her appearance showed otherwise. What she is a night elf. From a distance you could never see the slight point of her ears but i knew she was. She was the last of her kind and i was about to make night elves extinct. I raised my sword with care, making sure i didn't make a sound. She froze as if she could feel the change in the air, which she probably could even though she was just a baby.
I knew the moment I was dead. It was the moment she smiled. In a blink of an eye she was on me and my own sword was pressed to my throat.
"Stupid little human. You really think YOU can take down a night elf like me? Someone didn't do their homework." she hissed in my ear.
"What are you talk-" I was cut off by the pressure increasing on my throat.
"Shut up you insect!" she snarled and showed her teeth, sharp and pointy, and wanting to taste my blood. "I was trained before you... you.... you... Monsters killed my race. I was taught by Zaiden."
    I winced at the name.
"I see the name is familiar to you. Yes, he killed your father when he tried to kill me when i was little." she growled. "He taught me everything he knew." she said the sentence with great pride and respect for Zaiden.
"He murdered my father!" I yelled.
She made a small cut on my neck. "Justice was served for your father." she said calmly. "I bet you didn't know your father killed off almost my entire race by the time you could walk. It's a good thing your father never got to see me in my prime. I would of made him suffer a lot longer." her eyes glowed with pleasant ways of torture.
    "Beast!" I yelled out again.
This time she used her own hands to choke me. "Your father killed my mother, Daemon!" Her voice was filled with pain. "Right after I was born Zaiden had enough time to save me but by the time he went back for my mother..."
Her hands loosened from my neck but she still had my sword to my throat. I looked at her sad eyes.
It was silent for a long time.
When she spoke her voice sounded pleased and eager. "I'll just have to settle for his son though. The last of Greg Michael Earnings' hare!" she grinned as she raised the sword.
I closed my eyes but nothing happened.
I opened one eye and then the other to see Zaeda gone.
