• I was shaken awake. I opened my eyes. I had my arms around Kyo's waist as he sat up. There was a terrified expression looking outward to the end of the bed. "Uh, Jubei. Help me out, please." he said. I sat up, looked where he did, and holy s**t. Around the bed were some servants and the 5 council members. "Oh, s**t." I said, as terrified as Kyo. "Well?" said one of the council members. "When were you planning on telling us?!" yelled one of the other members. "I'm sorry, my lady. They barged in, I couldn't keep them back." said Yuno. I gave her a small smile, she was one of the people that knew about me and Kyo. "Thanks for trying." I said. She smiled a bit back at me apologetically. "Um, we were going to tell you, but uh, Jubei!" Kyo said. "Weakling!" I hissed. He smirked a nervouse sorry smile at me. I glared at him. "Um, we've, um, been together for about a year now?" I said, ruffling my hair nervously. "What?!" said Nix, the most annoyed out of all the Council members. Kyo snapped "Don't yell at her!" he snarled. I grabbed Kyo's shirt, he looked at me, I shook my head, he seemed to calm down a bit. Nix fumed, but Alexander rose a hand and he calmed. Alexander was the calmest and the eldest of the council. "It still does not excuse them keeping this from us!" shouted Iris. Iris was the youngest council member in history, her temper was also almost as short as Nix's. "Um, yeah, can we talk about this later?" I said indicating I just wokoe up and still a bit groggy. "NO!" shouted Nix. "Well you don't need to shout!" Yuno said defensivly. "You stay out of this!" Nix hissed. "Calm down, Nix! Or I will personally remove you from this room!" shouted Serenity. Serenity was almost as old as Alexander. Nix quieted, reluctantly. "Have you all forgotten who you are speaking to?" Serenity asked Nix and Iris. "This is our goddess. She is allowed to have any man in this kingdom and farther." Alexander said. "Yes, but she shouldn't have kept this from us!" Iris said. "She is a goddamn goddess. Not a princess or a queen! Not even an empress! What makes you think your higher up than her?!" Kyo finally snapped once again and yelled. "I don't think I'm higher up than her!" Iris. "You could've fooled me! Ordering hr around as if she were a freaking maid! Alexander said it himself, we're allowed to be together! So what is your and Nix's problem?!" Kyo yelled. "Because you lied!" Nix said. "No, they didn't." Yuno said. "What the hell are you talking about?! Of course they did!" Iris yelled. "Actually, no" Serenity said. "I don't get it!" Nix yelled in frustration. "Wow, for council members, you two are pretty dumb." Kyo said. "What?!" Iris yelled. Kyo looked at me, which made everyone look at me. "Well, you never asked about my love life, so Kyo never came up in conversation except for my warrior. So, I never lied, saying Kyo and I weren't together. You see?" I said. There was silence as Iris and Nix thought for a moment. Than looked defeated and left the room, heads hung low. "Well, we'll be leaving now." Alexander said and everyone else left. Kyo let out a long relieved sigh. "You weakling." I growled, indicating his chikening out in the begining of the conversations. "Oh, yeah, sorry about that." he apologized. "Humph!" I said turning away. "Hey! I came in and defended you at the end, didn't I?" he pointed out. I sighed "I suppose you did." I said. He grinned. He bent down, and kissed me fimly on the lips. Niall never showed up after that. He was said to be killed by a wrathful fairy or commited suicide because he was so traumitized he couldn't have me. I ruled the kingdom for all of eternity. Kyo ruled beside me, as my warrior and lover. That's how my life went. And still goes.
