• "It's been three months Jhon. And it's Nightime, you of all people know we aren't allowed outside the city walls during this time."

    "I know Adrian, but after that attack we need to do something about it, don't you think?" I asked

    "Yes I do. but, not now."

    She was yelling now, but that didn't bother me. I knew something had to be done about the attack. Three months ago, my best friend Wayne and two others were taken from the ship to 'who knows where.'

    After Wayne was taken by the attacker's, we got a message from them saying; "Bring us food and medical supplies to keeper's Point on the Mega Continent or else your people will suffer. Ever since we got that message, me and Adrian have been planing to get out of the city and go look for Wayne and the others.

    But we have been facing a problem ever since. We didn't know where "Keeper's Point" was. That city was supposedly a 'Safe Zone' from the horrors of this new world. We had another problem, no one was allowed out of the city During 'Night Time.'

    Night time is six months of night, and there's Day Time which also lasts six months. One day is a year. In the year 2010, the Earth's rotation began to slowly decrase. This caused the days to be longer and for catistrophic events. Plane crashes, soon people stopped traveling altogeather.

    As the Earth's rotation slowed, the aphtmostphere began to thin out around the eaquater, because of this, these places were demed "Unimhabitable." Because of the low oxygen. The oceans began to dry as the polar ice caps melted and floded the land. 40 years later and here we are. Almost no where to go, but this Mythical land called "Keeper's Point."

    My name's Jhonathan Perston, I'm 15 and I am apart of the city's security. This city, New Orion used to be just a small village near the Rocky mountains in Canada. But when they found a grounded Aircraft Carrier, the people of Orion decided it would be safer to live there, so that's where they moved to.

    Adrian was a natural blonde. She had blues eyes to match her beautiful face. She's about 5, 6. I've had a crush on her ever since I met her a year ago when she broke up a fight between me and a couple of other guys.
