Chapter 7
"Yes, I am a product of The Creator as well." Sayago said. "Do you wish to gain the ultimate power?" She asked suddenly. Justice looked interested. "Yes, in fact I do. But I know there is a price." He replied. Sayago pulled out a stone bow and some arrows. "You must kill me." She said, taking aim. She fired an arrow quickly, so quickly, in fact, that it hit Justice in the shoulder. "Fast, but not lethal." Justice said, grabbing the arrow. Sayago pointed with the same lifeless look on her face. Justice looked at the place she was pointing. It was the arrow, which began to glow. It exploded in an array of silver energy. "That is my power." Sayago said simply. Justice clutched his arm, which was now bleeding. He looked into her eyes, trying to put her in a trance, but failing. He winced at the loss of energy as Sayago beamed another arrow at him. "Your energy is insufficent." She said as Justice dodged the arrow. As it whizzed by his head, it exploded as well. Justice was thrown back into the ground. He got back up as quickly as he could, ignoring his bleeding arm which was healing rather quickly. He took out his sword and got ready to attack Sayago, who shot three arrows as once and hit Justice. He looked shocked as the arrows exploded on him. "You lose." Sayago said, disappearing back into the ground.
Present Time - 50 Years Later
Justice held his sword aloft with one hand, grabbing the arrow and breaking it, despite its speed. It didn't explode this time; instead, it behaved as a normal arrow should. Sayago did not look surprised or shocked. Instead, she put another arrow in her bow rather quickly. Justice moved even more quickly, though. He swung his blade across the front of Sayago's bow, but it just bounced off. "Your energy is still too low to defeat me." Sayago said. "And that swrod will not help you against my bow." Justice smirked, putting his sword away. He waited for her to attack, as he stood in a position ready to counter. She shot two arrows at once from her seemingly invincible bow, one skimming Justice, who tried to dodge. It exploded on contact and sent Justice flying. He began to think to himself as he landed. "I get it... Her arrows are made from her energy, which is why they are endless and explode. All I have to do is wear her down, then." Sayago had, like a machine, fit another three arrows into her bow. "I win." She said as she let them fly. Justice caught two of them, but the third one was moving faster than normal. It hit him n the chest and began to glow. He broke the other two as the real Justice appeared behind the one that had got shot. Justice jumped away as the clone was destroyed by the blast. Sayago didn't look the least bit impressed. "You've gotten better, Justice. But I am far from done." She said. Justice smirked, yet again. "And so am I." He said, throwing his cloak off.
Sayago aimed a single arrow at Justice, who was ready to defend. While this was going on, Zero and Hope were watching in amazement. "This is why I'm not going to be as strong as big brother." Zero said, looking down at the ground. "Big brother Zero, you're plenty strong. I'm sure that Justice wasn't as strong as you when he was 50 years old." Hope reassured him. "Yes, Zero. You're strong enough as it is," A beautiful voice said. Zero looked up, his eyes wide. "I know that voice... but why?" He asked aloud. "Who is it, big brother? Do you know her?" Hope asked, clinging to Zero a little. "Hope, I thought you'd remember me." The voice said, ringing out from all the corners of the field. "Where are you?" Zero asked, looking around and seeing nothing. "And why have you come back?" The voice paused for a minute before answering, "I'm in the middle of dimension jumping. You of all people should know that it takes a while, especially for me, one who's done it a few times. And I came back because I love you, Zero." Zero watched as a girl appeared from the portal that had opened up. "Welcome back to Z3R0, Princess Sasuke." Zero said, extending his arms.
Justice dodged yet another one of Sayago's arrows and sensed Sasuke. "Great, perfect." He muttered. Sayago heard him but did not question. She only fired off another arrow. Justice saw that is was heading for him. He dodged but the arrow landed on the ground in front of him! It exploded on contact and sprayed earth and dust into Justice's face, temporarily blinding him. He wiped it away and couldn't find Sayago! He looked up, just quickly enough to see her fire down several arrows while she was in mid jump. He ran out of the way, but was tripped up by a blast. He placed his hands on the ground and flipped back up to a defensive position. Sayago had already landed on the ground and was aiming to fire another arrow at him. As she let it go, Justice's mind tried to work extremely fast, not yet realizing what was going on. He reacted by stepping out of the way miliseconds too late. The arrow hit him. His mind was still working furiously as he tried to gather what was going on as the arrow began to glow. "Time to get serious." He thought to himself as the arrow blew up. When the dust and the explosion cleared, Justice was glowing gold. Sayago didn't have any look of interest or surprise on her face. "I sense greater power flowing from you..." She began. "What have you become?" "Your worst nightmare." Justice said with a deathly terrifying voice.
Sasuke had hugged Zero tightly. "I've missed you so much since that day!" She said softly, almost crying from happiness. Zero looked down at her with a calm gaze. "I've missed you as well. But tell me, how did you get back?" He asked. Hope was waiting for her turn to hug the princess, as she now remembered who Sasuke was. Sasuke looked up to Zero and kissed him before answering, "I don't really know. A portal opened up in front of me today and I just walked through it, appearing here." Zero sighed. "That's The Creator's doing, then." He said as he broke the hug and turned around. Hope ran up and hugged Zero, who hugged her back but was more focused on Zero. "What I did on that day those six months ago was for your safety and your safety alone. You shouldn't even be here right now..." Zero said suddenly. Sasuke looked a bit sad. "But now we're here together, just like it should be." She said, looking down at the ground. "Now we're going to have to live together in the castle looking over the City of Three..." Zero said, sighing. a little. "It looks like I'm not going to be able to travel with Justice anymore. Hope, who are you going to travel with?" Zero asked. Hope looked a little confused. "I guess I'll go with..."
