Name: Solomon Bertrant
Alias: Crocifisso
Nickname: N/A
Title: N/A
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 36
Alignment: Lawful Good
Profession: Vampire and Demon Hunter
Location: Gaia
[Identity]
Personality: Gruff and grim, Solomon is a man whose hard holds little mercy for the damned. He is strongly religious, and that religious belief defines a great deal of his morals and values - beyond that, he is naturally lawful and hard-bitten. When he speaks, he does so with purpose, and usually in a straight-forward manner. Blunt, stern, and completely devoted to his cause, Solomon Bertrant is a hard man, and a harder opponent. Unlike some of those in his calling, he does not believe that the damned will ever recieve true forgiveness, and he does not weep for the undead whose mockery of life he snuffs - he sees only that they are given their just desserts. Those who aren't of the damned but are still immoral and sinful, he holds in very low regard, and very likely won't hesitate in defending himself with the same harsh lethality with which he seeks out the vampiric and demonic.
General Appearance: Solomon is a man of Titan-esque stature, standing somewhere around the eight-foot mark, perhaps an inch or two over. Built for power and weighing in at over three hundred pounds, this man's broad shoulders and thick, muscle-bound form speaks of a focused, albeit raw physical prowess. Scars criss-cross his form from combat, and a tattoo of an ornate cross adorns his back. Various lines of scripture wrap around his thick shoulders and down his arms, even around his finger in a tiny font, all in Latin. His hair color is naturally blonde, but his head remains clean-shaven, though he does sport a carefully trimmed and maintained goatee that's spotted with hints of gray. His face still retains very faint touches of youth, though he looks well a bit older than he should, most especially because of the creases around his steel-hued eyes. His voice comes across like rolling thunder, rough as gravel, and with none of the softness typical of most priests. His features are heavy-boned and stern, and his nose looks as if it's been broken once or twice, though it isn't uneven. He typically wears dark, earthen colors, or white.
[Equipment]
Weapons:
-The Judgement of God: The Judgement of God is truly a one-of-a-kind weapon. Made of two pieces of thick wood, the longer one being seven feet and the shorter being around four, Solomon's primary weapon is an actual cross - the last foot or so of the longer piece of wood having been ground down and wrapped in leather to allow him to grip it. Both pieces of wood are fairly thick, just as any cross of sturdy make would be. A single nail juts out from the flat end of each striking portion of the cross, point out. The entire length of the oak cross is carved with prayers, and holy talismans hang from silken tassels at the pommel. No matter what the temperature or environ, the cross seems to be drenched in holy water, leaving a trail wherever it's taken.
--Legend: The Judgement of God is one of the pieces from the select armory of a very obscure saint. It is said that the nails were taken from the True Cross and from the crosses of the criminals hung with Jesus, and that the wood is from a massive tree near the holy city of Jerusalem. The cross glows with a faint, white aura, the prayers seeming to glow a little brighter at times. The weapon has rarely been seen through-out any realm of existence, and the manner of how Solomon came about it is as of yet unknown to all but those closest to the giant of a man.
--Exalted: The Judgement of God is a powerful artifact, and is capable of dealing a great deal of damage, be it to a non-evil or evil entity. Any demon or vampire - regardless of alignment - is burnt by the holy water. The damage dealt out by the weapon is also unable to be quickly healed by their regeneration - even Antediluvian-strength vampires will find that they can't readily regenerate from the damage they take from this weapon, except for by drinking blood. Demons cannot naturally regenerate the damage given, either - at least, not in the space of time that the fight is going on. Evil-aligned opponents also find that the cross seems to cause seething, burning wounds when it strikes them. The weapon glows with a holy presence, which can, with a small amount of charging, be projected out to shield and protect the user from harm by vampiric, demonic, or evil attacks and opponents. Because of its magical/divine power, the wood this weapon is made of is as strong as steel.
Armor:
-The Hunter's Skin: This armor is custom-made for Solomon, built specifically for a man of his stature. It consists of a chestpiece, two bracers, two pauldrons, and two greave/sabatons. The armor on his chest is of black, light-resistant armorplas plates. Two large ones are interlocked on his chest, with others made in smaller and smaller rings from the waist up to the primary plates on his chest. These rings of armor-plas are also segmented to allow for movement, and cover his front, sides, and back from waist to neck. A duster of some sort is usually worn over the chestpiece, with the rounded, circular pauldrons over the shoulders. Three crosses, ending in three, spiked prongs jut from each pauldron. The bracers and shinguards are much more simpler in make, the bracers simply covering his arms from wrist to forearm in armor-plas plates and mesh, and the shinguards covering the fronts of his legs and strapped around the calfs.
-Exalted: This black armor is resistant to the elements, and grants the wearer a strong resistance to demonic magic. It also wards off most weaker 'evil' spells, and while the user is wearing the armor he cannot be bitten by a vampire or lycanthrope.
-
Misc:
-Coffin: Solomon wears a black, oaken coffin across his back, almost six-feet in height.
-Vials of Holy Water: Solomon carries ten of these vials. Holy water damages demons and vampires, and can heal Solomon and his allies.
-Sun-stones: These stones, when thrown against a hard surface, emit a blazingly bright light, just like that of the sun. It can be used to disorient and distract opponents.
[Abilities]
Human Abilities:
Human Drive: Solomon is entirely human, and like all humans, his determination is almost a power unto itself. Because of this, he can continue to fight even through fatigue and some wounds, ignoring the pain to try and take victory.
Spell-like Abilities:
N/A
Holy Warrior Abilities:
Healing (Minor): Using holy magic, Solomon can heal minor wounds.
Holy Smite: Imbuing his fists, feet, or weapon with the holy power of his faith, Solomon can strike with an amazing amount of power, dealing more damage than usual to his opponents. Only works against evil, demonic, or vampiric opponents.
Sanctify: Using both his faith and his weapon, this holy warrior can sanctify the land around him. This acts as a circle of protection around him, which his opponents must fight through to get to him. Out of combat, Sanctify can be used to make a desecrated land holy, or neutral again. Sanctified land gives bonuses to the fighting ability of all good-aligned creatures.

Appearance
Height: 6'0''
Weight: 220 lbs
Dominant Hand: Right; forced ambidexterity
XXXXXX-Description: Standing at about average height, Craven wouldn't stand out too much in a crowd. His form is brawny and thick of limb, decades of gang-war in the underhive of Praetoria has transformed his body into a vehicle of violence as much as the weapons he carries are. His hair is dark-copper and worn at mid-length, till it just barely brushes his shoulders. His eyes are a sharp emerald, and his skin is lightly tanned from his time spent on Gaia.
XXXXXX-Defining Features: His heavy, Cupid-like features are strong, with a firm jaw and chin, giving him a wolfish look. His face bears the acid-burn tattoo of his gang, lines tracing outward from his eyes to follow his 'round his cheekbones and down his jawline, while looping up 'round his eyes and outward across his forehead. He has several other acid-burn and traditional tattoos on his arms and chest as well. His eyebrows are shaved to accommodate his tat and he wears a small, glimmering silver tooth on his left ear. His right hand is actually cybernetic and covered with synthskin, which is why he has trained to use both hands.
XXXXXX-Mundane Clothing: Craven wears a body-glove that lacks the arms and legs, along with a pair of loose fitting pants made from some sort of under-hive lizard with multiple pockets. He wears several belts and a pair of Imperial Guard issue boots along. The rest of his clothing is armor-related.
Abilities
Natural Abilities
XXXXXX►Ganger Tough - Living in the under-hive of the hardest Hive Planet in the Imperium has crafted Craven into a deadly - and damned tough - machine. He has a surprising amount of damage soak despite not being very much larger than the average Gaian, and he can get up from most beatings. He takes damage as much as any other human; beat him, cut him, shoot him and he'll bleed, but don't expect him to take it laying down.
XXXXXX►Fast - While not as large or acrobatic as some of his fellows, he does have one large, glaring advantage - he's fast. He can cover forty yards in four seconds flat - a scary concept when he's coming at another person with a weapon brought to bear. While he cannot maintain that speed for long periods of time, and it's within human reach, it is still astoundingly fast.
XXXXXX►Stamina - As one would expect from someone who can run fast, he can also run - and preform other activities - for long periods of time. With nearly every waking moment spent either committing acts of violence, running from the Arbites, or preparing to do something related to these, Craven's stamina is seemingly without bounds, always full of energy and on the verge of exploding into action.
XXXXXX►Cunning - Like a sack of foxes. He might not be the strongest man around, but he knows how to set traps for those he can't take toe to toe, and will often use foul play to his advantage.
XXXXXX►Aquila Eyes - Spending his life looking down the barrel of a gun or constantly looking for the nearest danger has sharpened his vision, allowing him to pick up on small things that might go un-noticed by others.
XXXXXX►Quick Reflexes - Constant violence has honed Craven's reflexes to their utmost prime. While still within human limits, Lukas can and will react to any perceived danger with as much speed as he can manage.
- Fighting Style
XXXXXX►Praetorian Brawling - While not a true martial art, Craven has managed to "create" a style of fighting that fits in best with his own abilities. When he's not relying on his weapons, he's using his body. His style appears to the educated as a rough mix of boxing, kick-boxing, and free-style wrestling with a healthy dose of improvisation thrown in. It's unknown as to where he picked up the first and second influences, though it's likely that he was taught by someone who traveled to the Underhive and merely got stuck there.
- Training
XXXXXX►Fighting - It's his job; and he knows how to do it. This means utilizing a range of weapons from small-arms to small explosives like speeder-bombs or mines. He's especially drawn to the use of pistols.
XXXXXX►Vehicular Manslaughter - Unfortunately for nearly everyone around him, Craven knows how to pilot quite a number of vehicles, and can hot-wire more than a handful of them, including a few he can't actually drive, making him pretty dangerous near anything with a motor and wheels or wings.
XXXXXX►Underworld Education - Lukas has learned the ropes of the underworld like the back of his flesh-and-blood hand. He understands narcotics and weapons trade, smuggling, slicing and hacking, turf and ganger signs. He knows many of the marks of the Imperium and, unknowingly, the marks of Chaos that some gangs have used.

Equipment
- Weapons
XXXXXX- Xerentes VII Industrial Nail Gun - Typically used by construction crews to nail large plates of metal to hive-spires, this tool-turned-weapon fires eight long metal nails in a ring at near bullet speeds to firmly latch the metal sheets in place. Craven has modified his to a more sinister use - where as a man had to disassemble the tool to re-load it, he has added a hinge so that he can open it up akin to an old-time shotgun and load in circular bands of nails as needed before snapping it closed. The weapon is roughly the length of a sawed off, but much more broad around the barrel and loading area. An Imperial Guard folding-stock has been added to allow Craven to fire with better aim. Worn by a bandoleer near the small of his back.
XXXXXX- Marsken Series II Laspistol x2 - These pistols, typically reserved for commissars of the Imperial Guard, have made their way into Craven's hands through the black market. The handles are inlaid with black obsidian and sterling silver, while the rest of the guns have been modified for his own purposes. The bodies of the weapons have been slimmed down with a grinder of some sort and had a black, no-shine varnish of some sort applied. While more likely to over-heat with the smaller bodies, the weapons are much easier to draw. One worn at each hip.
XXXXXX- "Rawsk Special" Bolt Pistol - A rather large slug-thrower made in the Under-hive, this weapon is the common tool of Craven's gang. Similar to the Imperial Guard pistols, these fire from small magazines loaded into the handle of the gun. The barrel is unremarkable and wide, firing large, heavy rounds with a blasting retort. Carried jammed on his hip on a secondary belt, near his crotch.
XXXXXX- Hive-knife - The sleek blade of this knife is ten inches of Imperial steel. The handle has been removed and heavily modified, attaching a vibration unit within the thick, circular handguard to allow Craven to carve through flesh and armor with his knife. This blade is worn slung across his back for easy access.
XXXXXX- Chainsword - Looking to buy "find" one.
- Armor
XXXXXX- Flakk Jacket - Sleeveless and open like a vest, Craven wears a Flakk Jacket with the Imperial designation burnt off. This multi-pocketed piece of light armor provides protection from small arms fire, but not much else.
XXXXXX- Armor-mesh shirt - Worn beneath his flakk jacket and over his bodyglove, this sleeveless shirt is made of a simple armor-mesh used to provide protection against common slashing melee weapons. Lightweight and flexible, Craven wears this at nearly all times.
- Misc
XXXXXX- Cybernetic Hand; right - Losing his hand in a ganger conflict, Craven's right hand was replaced with an augmentive cybernetic replacement. Beneath the synthskin, the hand has more of a skeletal appearance, the main bones of the hand present in the silvery metal construct, while while wires sheathed in metal beneath the thicker pieces replace the old veins and nerves. The hand is attached at the wrist, and with the synthskin intact can twist 360 degrees. The hand is of simple make, with no real additions other than increased grip strength.
XXXXXX- Lho sticks - Always carries a pack in one of his flakk jacket pockets.
XXXXXX- Extra ammo - All over his person.
XXXXXX- Flects - Small pieces of crimson-tinted glass, Craven used to sell them to addicts on Praetoria. Now, he has brought his small stash to Gaia, and intends to sell them here as well. The small slivers of glass contain a concentrated presence of warp-energy, allowing a person to stare into them and fall into a trance as they begin to hallucinate scenes from the Warp itself. Repeated use can cause bleeding from various orifices and insanity, if not out-right death. Craven often uses flects on people to gain an advantage as they go into the coma-like trance of their high. Each one is wrapped in rose-tinted paper.
XXXXXX- Flask of Amasec - Craven carries a flask of amasec about with him. Given the price of the liquor, it's likely that he and some others ambushed a shipment for their own use. Usually in one of his pockets.
XXXXXX- Imperial Credits - Usually carries a handful stuffed into a pocket. One credit is roughly equal to one piece of gold.
XXXXXX- Vox Bead; stolen - Carried around in his pocket is a liberated vox-bead. Of course, it only works in conjunction with other vox-capable people (those using a vox-caster, bead, or other unit).
