Ok. So this is about my Nintendo DSi
I got it on my birthday, May 10th, 2009
Thus far it's been very good to me
Recently though, the "R" button has become very unresponsive!
This is a major pain, especially with me being such a Harvest Moon fan, which requires you to use the 'R" button to run.
Just today 11/13/09 I contacted Nintendo through their Support link on their website.
I must say, while I was expecting it to be a giant pain in the a**
it wasn't!
the link was super easy to find, no mazes just to get help
the information I had to provide was very fast and simple
and they were very informative!
I was astounded
no one does that anymore!
or so I thought.
I'm waiting for the email with my shipping label and such right now
So I'll keep you updated on what's going on with my DSi
