Ninjutsu: 8 points
• Kai - Release (C)
Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
• Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (A)
The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster to danger and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed.
This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilise nintaijutsu. When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of his hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan, to keep up with him. By combining this armour with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu and Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast, both at point blank range. Only Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique and Naruto Uzumaki while in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode are faster than A is at maximum speed and power.
The armour also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as seen when A deflected a back attack from Sasuke's Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana
Iryo Ninjutsu: [ Medical Ninjutsu ] 9 Points
• Shōsen Jutsu - Mystical Palm Technique (A)
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact.
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.
• Saikan Chūshutsu no Jutsu - Delicate Illness Extraction Technique (B)
When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a Chakra Scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.
Genjutsu: 3 Points
• Konoha-Ryū Yanagi - Leaf Style Willow (C)
The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.
Taijutsu: 15 Points
• Shunpo - Flash Steps (B)
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps), a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
• Utsusemi - Cicada (B)
Utsusemi (空蝉, Cicada, referencing their molting): It allows for a movement at great speed leaving an afterimage behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage
• Hien - Flying Swallow (B)
An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade — like a kunai or sword — by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be very difficult.
The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to cut through solid rock and iron. The technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind-natured chakra which greatly increases the offensive cutting power
• Suimen Hokō no Gyō - Water Surface Walking Practice (E)
This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly.
It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And, as noted by Jiraiya during Naruto: Shippūden Episode 14, the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.
• Kaze-men Hokō no Jissen - Wind Surface Walking Practice (D)
A technique Nagayoshi developed in order to undo a flaw in the Samurai way of fighting; Kenjutsu reliants were not often very mobile, something Nagayoshi discovered during his campaign to conquer Kumogakure and Rai no Kuni. Therefore, he modified the Water Walking technique and instead came up with this The Wind Walking technique. Nagayoshi performs this technique by routing chakra to his feet to form solid platforms at the soles that can allow him to hover or run on the wind making him more then able to compensate for his lack of acrobatics.
Kenjutsu: 28 Points
• Iaidō (A)
The term Iaidō (居合道) refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn.
The speed at which these techniques can be executed — the initial strike in particular — is such, that when performed by a skilled user, it can prevent enemy shinobi from forming hand seals (and thus ninjutsu), by exploiting the small opening that these movements create. This makes them highly effective against most shinobi and potentially, those of even Hanzō's calibre, if performed by one who has mastered the style, such as Mifune.
• Iaigiri - Iai Beheading (D)
Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. When used by Mifune, the technique was strong enough to cleanly slice open the large head of Hanzō's salamander, Ibuse.
• Samurai Sabre Technique (A)
Unique to Samurai, this technique employs the concept of Chakra Flow similar to the Flying Swallow and Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana techniques. Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction, as shown from how these projectiles completely penetrated a considerable stone pillar, before continuing to damage the immediate surroundings.
The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation during the implementation of this technique, sculpting their respective chakra blades into various rudimentary weapons that extend beyond the natural dimensions of their original swords; such as broadswords, spiked shafts and even axes. This capability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage and the possibility of conducting surprise attacks as necessary.
This transformational quality also appears to extend to even the crescents of chakra launched from the blade, forming a diverse range of projectiles that includes giant buzzsaws and shafts of chakra, the shape of which are seemingly dependent on the structure of the previously formed weapon
• Hadan - Rupture (C)
The user violently swings their sword with the intention of striking an approaching opponent.
• Kumo-Ryū Mikazukigiri - Cloud-Style Crescent Moon Beheading (D)
The user swings their sword in a single, large, crescent moon-shaped arc, which occurs with such ferocious velocity that the technique can be employed in situations where only a very limited time to react is available. The swing can be used to counter attacks from multiple opponents simultaneously
• Kumo-Ryū Kaengiri - Cloud-Style Flame Beheading (C)
The user first imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique, such as Atsui, is capable of surrounding their immediate area with a circular wall of flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.
• Kumo-Ryū Omotegiri - Cloud-Style Front Beheading (E)
The user slashes forward to attack an enemy.
• Kumo-Ryū Uragiri - Cloud-Style Reverse Beheading (C)
The user does a powerful spin, generating the momentum needed to slash at any opponents behind them. The user can also utilise this spinning motion to trick an enemy that's in front of them. The enemy is fooled into thinking the user will attack them, but instead the user attacks the targets behind the user.
• Fuuton: Shinkūken - Wind Release: Vacuum Sword (C)
The user swings their blade and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.
Fuuinjutsu: 3 Points
• Fuuin o Utsu - Strike Seal (C)
The only fuuinjutsu that Nagayoshi knows and one that is passively active as long as he pumps chakra into his blade; upon striking his opponent with his sword whether it be a cut or stab Nagayoshi can place minute seals upon his opponent which cause disturbances and fluctuations within his opponents chakra network. This defect in turn makes it hard for the opponent to perform ninjutsu or break out of genjutsu.

• Gin'noken - Silver Sword ~ S-Ranked
At a glance, Gin'noken looks like a normal Katana. However, this is nowhere near the case; it was made by specialist monks whom blessed their steel whilst they folded it, while this was believed to make the steel stronger, the actual scientific reason for such results and the almost unstoppable nature of the monks blades is that they managed to harvest a vein of meteorite that had fallen from the sky long ago in a great war; the metal harvested from the vein was near indestructible and seemed to change its properties depending on its user, leading experts to believe that the metal is not only chakra infusible but chakra sensitive.
Gin'noken's blade edge is startling silver where as the rest of the blade is black as if the two parts had been put together. The blade never dulls requiring Nagayoshi never needing to sharpen it (yet, he does not use this as an excuse to neglect it) and the metal is highly conductive of electricity and sound vibrations. Every cut it makes gives of a strange white light similar to that of the Hatake Family Tanto which is what earned Nagayoshi his title of 'Kumogakure's White Devil'.

• Exploding Pouch:
A variation on the exploding note, these small pouches can be attached to a target and then explode a few seconds later.
• Senbon:
The senbon was first used by doctors in acupuncture, it was then adopted by ninja and Hunter-nins to hit points on the body to cause death, deaden limbs or cause their target to fall unconscious.
• Exploding Note:
The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.
• Exploding Smoke Grenade:
When the pin is pulled on this grenade, the result is a large explosion and the release of smoke. This allows the ninja to carry out their maneuvers in secret.

Wire can be used in several situations. It can allow the ninja to create trip wire explosive traps, it can be used in rappelling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent.

A file is normally hidden within the clothing of the ninja, if captured, the file can be withdrawn from its secret location to file and cut through metal.
• Mirror:
When the ninja wants to avoid putting themself directly in the possible line of attack, they can use the mirror to peak around corners to ensure the path is clear.

Background:
Nagayoshi Mori, was once a normal boy who was born to the noble Mori family of Tetsu no Kuni, or, The Iron Country. It was always his dream to follow in the footsteps of his Father and look after his brother and to do both of those things, he would need to become a Samurai and not just any Samurai but one that could command the respect of men and see him as his clans Daimyo or Warlord. Young and ambitious, Nagayoshi knew not of the road of bloodshed his future would entail nor of the horrors that woud soon come to pass over him and his clan.
Civil War tore apart Tetsu no Kuni, rival Warlords rose up from various clans in order to try and stop the madness; in order to bring about peace throughout the land but there was one man, one man who seemed to have the world firmly locked underneath his thumb. This man was Nobunaga Oda. Scared for the future of not only his clan but his two sons, Nagayoshi and Ranmaru's Father swore fealty to Oda thus chaining his two sons to Oda also, as Nobunaga's vassals. Impressed by the defensive efforts Nagayoshi, whom was only young at the time, and his Father had put into defending their lands; Nobunaga snatched up the opportunity to gain such powerful vassals and set them to work immediately.
Whilst Nagayoshi fought on many campaigns to assert Oda's dominance of Tetsu no Kuni; his brother Ranmaru, was kept by Oda's side at almost all times. Worried for the influence The Devil King was having over his Brother, Nagayoshi tried hard to have Ranmaru instated as his squire, which was denied by Oda's wife Nouhime. Angered, Nagayoshi continued to serve, earning a name for himself even as his Father died on the field next to him; serving Nobunaga was no longer Nagayoshi's want. With his Father dead it was up to him to him to bring about the dawn of a new Mori age.
Unfortunately he was too late...
Nobunaga fell to Mitsuhide Akechi, his own retainer, one both Ranmaru and Nagayoshi had admired, at Honnouji. This saw Tetsu no Kuni once again descend into madness. Worried for his brother, Nagayoshi brought the Mori army he had amassed to Honnouji where Mitsuhide was hunting down and killing all of the Oda troops without mercy. This would be the beginning of Nagayoshi's climb to greatness, as a Rounin now, he took his small elite force to meet Akechi and reunited with his brother who had also became quite the warrior even though still paling in comparison to his brother. The two Mori heirs and their army routed the Akechi from Honnouji and watched as they fell into the clutches of Hideyoshi Hashiba, Nobunaga's most loyal retainer and be routed and killed easily. Realising Hideyoshi would inherit Nobunaga's territories and army now he had slain Mitsuhide; Nagayoshi decided that it would be unwise to stand against him, even with his army.
Yet, the flame of ambition still burnt bright in Nagayoshi's heart: "The people cannot know peace until they are untied under one banner, my banner." and with this, Nagayoshi made his play for power in another conflict in a country that he wasn't even a part of: Rai no Kuni.
Like Testu no Kuni before it, Kumogakure and Rai no Kuni had imploded on itself, breaking into many small factions and groups vying for complete control of the land. Nagayoshi with his brother by his side, wished to take advantage of the chaos and the fact he already had a well seasoned army and conquer Rai no Kuni as Oda had conquered Tetsu no Kuni in order to make a stake for the rest of the world. Unlike Nobunaga though, Nagayoshi did not do it for his own ends but to bring peace to world.
Thus, Nagayoshi marched and after a few small victories and some even smaller defeats he gained the momentum to finally defeat the Rai no Kuni warlords and bring them under his single banner. Even with their ninja, which proved a nuisance at first, Rai no Kuni fell swiftly once Nagayoshi had claimed Kumogakure as his own. The battle for Kumogakure soon became legendary and with that Nagayoshi too. So, now, he sits upon his throne in Kumo, his capital. He amasses an army and sets his sights on now bringing about peace in the rest of the war torn world.
