Naruto Manga Chapter 499.
In his inner struggle with Kyuubi, Naruto was successfully able to separate Kyuubi from his chakra and imprisoned it within a new seal. Now having direct access to Nine Tails Chakra without interacting with it's will, gains a chakra shroud that resembles that of the Rikudo Sennin (Sage of Six Paths). With complete control over Kyuubi's power Naruto's new form is given the fan name Rikudo Naruto.

Very nice avi, by far the best I've seen among the vast and agonizingly repetitive Naruto cosplays (Agonizingly repetitive.... sounds like the show!)
I give it a 5/5 for accuracy and item usage. I love this avi! XD
