When dragging his Great Knife behind him, he moves in an extremely jerky and lumbering fashion, and is prone to bouts of convulsing, twitching movements. Several times, Pyramid Head can be seen assaulting, perhaps sexually, various monsters.

- as seen from silent hill the alarm goes off everything begins to turn old and rusty and pyramid appears from black substance just like from the movie
