Now, for alittle descript on Ben Carmine:
Ben had a brother, Anthony, whom died in the first Gears of War. Benjamin entered Delta Squad as reinforcements when a raid on the Hospital in Jacinto began, and lasted all the way to the Sinking of Illima, where he and Delta Squad were " Devoured " by a Riftworm, a giant worm used by the Locust to sink cities. Ben died within the worm due to being burned by acid and halfway eaten by Nemacytes.
