Resubmitting from last week. Added whiskers and proper ears as per request/criticism. (No, I will not use the white cat band, it looks really ridiculous.) Last week, despite some obvious flaws, my moogle was fairly popular...just not popular enough to place. :) I am trying again. So please, as always, vote fairly, nya!

- Guys, it's a collar.. not a scarf. And the collar is attached to the wings, as it's one of the items from Alruna's Rose. Those are the best Moogle-like wings I can find on Gaia.
