This is Leon Kennedy in his second outfit you can see in the game Resident Evil 6. This outfit is worn and seen when him and his partner Helena go to China to track down Simmons to clear their names. This is my favorite outfit for his and I wanted to see if I can redo it when I tried it on an old account also I don't care if you dislike the game and want to give it a 1 'cause of it those will be deleted I personally like the game, enjoy! ^w^
