I saw her fixed in the middle of the pond tonight. She was gorgeous. Her dark, chocolate skin reflected in the water, her black hair flowing softly and spreading in the water, and her blue glistening eyes being reflected by the moons lament. She was a goddess to my own eyes. But what was her name? We are unsure. She never revealed her identity, for she is always silent.
Finally, I had the guts to make conversation with the lady. I walked to an edge closer to her so I could speak. "Excuse me..." I said softly towards the lady. She turned to me slowly. Gosh, she was more beautiful closer than afar, a dazzling perfection. She stares at me with her blue, glistening eyes, trying to determine if I was worth talking to. Silence filled the air for a very length of time, as she still kept her judgement of my fragile, tan body to herself. "Good to meet you, my friend." she finally spoke, pushing her black hair out of her face to get a clearer view of my image. I was surprised by her words. She sounded like the melodies of the goddess in a ballad, very beautiful indeed. "Oh, Dios mío, I didn't expect you to respond, miss. You usually shun other men, some of the greatest even," I claimed, then lowered to her height,"can you tell me why, miss? And, if it's not too cruel, may you please state your name for me, querido." The woman flashed a small smile before beginning talking,"I go by the name Aysun, first of all, and as for me turning down even the most hansom and most richest, is, well, quite a long story to state, my friend." I looked at her, then I sat down. "Please tell me, Miss Aysun." I importune. Aysun looked down at me, groaned, then spoke softly,"Alright my friend, I will tell you, but first, please state your name for me? I can't have an acquaintance unidentified." I looked at her in her beautiful eyes, and said slowly,"Voy por, Etu, Miss Aysun." She nodded, and said kindheartedly,"Nice to make acquaintance with you, Etu." She suddenly remembered, and began,"There is not many men that are pure, Etu. They have flaws, unforgivable flaws. Some have the flaws of crimes, the flaws of belief, and the flaws of wants. All three of these make a triangle, and the middle is where the, very few, pure people, just like you, are." She looked at the moon, and sighed a sad sigh,"I'm not ordinary, Etu. I stay here at this pond for reasons without leaving. I don't want to be blessed with unforgivable flaws. If I were to receive unforgivable flaws, I would never be able to return to this pond ever. I would be stuck, and caught in this world with nothing but demons of impure regret surrounding me like an atom. It's terrible, that a world that use to be pure could turn so...impure. It hurts, actually, that seeking my guidance and unsealing my story would fill their greed for not but a second. It's terrible, Etu." I turned my head with disappointment. She couldn't leave? That's very disappointing, even if I am pure. "Why don't you give it a chance, Aysun?" I questioned. She fell silent, looked to her side, and thought over this possibility. Silence filled the air as mist would fill a forest. Finally, she delivered a positive answer,"Well, first thing for everything. Beside, this pond is making me feel like a shriveled up grape." She stood up slowly, as her moist, white dress spread across the sparkling water. She took my hand softly, and whispered,"After you, Etu." I stood there for a moment, shook my head, and said,"No, after you, Aysun." She looked shocked, but simply nodded, and stepped out of the cold pond to land. The moon illuminated the pond better than ever when she took leave of it. She was okay, she felt free. "This is very sudden, I didn't expect someone to help me leave my pond." Aysun said softly. I nodded in agreement, took my coat off, and surrounded her with it. "You must be freezing, mi amor." I said softly, but caught what I said and started freaking out. Aysun looked at me, a little surprised of my freak out. She then chuckled. "Yes, I am, my love." She said, and laid a peck on my forehead. I turned scarlet as the kiss and the words were played out. I smiled. "Thank you for letting me see something new, Etu. I owe you." she said, and smiled. Everyone, even if they are suspicious at most, can have beautiful happy endings. Mine and Aysuns were on the 25 of December; our wedding. Everything was great, and I didn't care if I was pure or impure.
What I cared most is that i'm with someone I love deeply, and her name is Aysun, the Lady of the Pond.
