The cool fall air danced around her.
The leaves and dust joined, slowly
Circling her as she thought “how could
You leave me without saying goodbye?
You know I loved you, so please love, please tell me why.”
The moon, shining like a diamond, was almost full.
Dozens of stars twinkled against a dark ebony sky.
Standing over his grave, a small tear in her eye,
Again and again she asked herself this,
“How could you leave me? Did you have to die?”

It's really good. Kind of melancholy, but that's good in a poem like this.
