• The little girl in blue
    Sits in a small box
The box is under the sky; the rain
The little girl in blue's face is dirty
    Streaked with tears
    Her only comfort
Is a teddy;for which she's had for many years
Her stomach rumbles as the people walk by
    Going about their on business
Not giving her a second glance
The girl lets out a sigh
And buries her face in the dirty blanket which lined her small, wet box
And the little girl in blue
    Cries
