Really i don't think us readers need to understand what you are trying to say. We'll each take the poem in a different way but who cares what we think? This poem is yours and if this is how you feel then no one can judge it and tell you how you can make it better. We feel what we feel and our feelings are our own. It's decent, but hard to get. If it's about standing up for your friends, talk a little more about them. And if the main point is standing up for friends, Death probably shouldn't be the title nor the main subject of the wording. Also, spaces are put in place in awkward areas that makes is confusing to read. I suggest reading through a few times and editing so that you know you've done the best you can.
