Love's life lost, but love not gone
You see him in the breaking dawn
The beating sun upon your head
Warms you in his strong arm's stead
Gaze up at the stars at night
You'll see him smiling with delight
Romace is but a flick'ring spark
Its light to guide you in the dark
For though he's but a memory
He lives in you, he helps you breathe
Tears drip down your mournful face
Through lashes hung like widow's lace
Your heart still beats, your lungs draw air
Although he is no longer there
He never once has left your side
Let his presence be your guide
Though veil of death may separate
He'll turn his back on Heaven's gate
No need to scream, no need to plead
He'll stay close in your hour of need
So get back up, keep moving on
Our lives aren't meant to last for long
You're so alive! And now he's dead
March on, you go on in his stead

Wow. I really did like this poem ^_^ Very nice work ^_^ Good job~ Keep up the good work ^_^ It's a tad depressing but it is a poem that tells you to keep moving on in life even though someone you care about has left this world.
