How come you cant see right whats in front of you,
How can you not have any clue,
as to how strong my feelings are to you.
You go on and on about other girls,
the ones you'd say you'd give the world.

Well how about me.
Can't you see,
What we could be.
How happy we could be together...
forever and ever and ever...

But you don't care,
I mean why would you anyways,
But Im over you and silly ways.
Im finally moving on.

One day you'll wake up a see what was once in front of you.
But by the time you do it will be to late.
By then I'll be gone,
and will have moved on,
To someone who gives me the world.

Were I am his one and only girl,
Were his feelings for me are true,
and I'll love him too.
With all of my heart,
and we will never part.

I see no problem with this poem exactly as it is. I, too am an author, and while a publisher might suggest you make certain changes (why in place of how come for instance) the would not require it. Great poem.

Grammar is terrible, but the emotional contact is good. You have talent. All you need to do now is polish it up and work at this sort of stuff more. (Trust me, I'm an author myself.)
