- From up above falls the rain quietlyAnd falls gently onto the ground belowThe rain falls fast and lands so peacefullyThe rain gives a small seed a chance to growThe sun breaks through the ceasing rain and cloudThe seed experiences warmth againIt sprouts from the ground to try to stand proudThe sprout gets a spark of adrenalinFrom were the seed was born a tree stands tallIts strong branches hold up the singing birdsThe leaves and seeds begin to slowly fallThe seeds plant themselves in soil without wordsThe great tree has now done its final partNow another generation will start

Not technically a sonnet, though you keep the Shakespearian rhyme scheme. True sonnets are in strict iambic pentameter. Also they generally focus on a conflict. which the final couplet resolves...this is more pastoral.
Nonetheless, a good effort.
