• The seasons dance in a eternal step
The positions they travel have always been kept
They are like four unearthly sisters
Moving together like a quiet twister

The first is like a young girl
Wild flowers in her hair does she twirl
The brightest green hides in her eyes
Around her body do butterflies fly

Her gown is made of the purest vines
Her childlike innocence untouched by time
On her breath is the sweetest delights
Fireflies dance on her quiet nights

Yet as she moves switching place
Her sister takes over with a much different pace
Her hair is like fire, wild and bright
Golden eyes burning with a inner light

The world turn hot with her passing
Her little sisters gifts are short in lasting
A gown of yellow is what she downs
She takes the water from the earths ground

She is a young woman full of scorn
The death of the earth is something she wont morn
She turns a blind eye and takes all that she can
A deathly brown takes over the land

Yet then a young mother takes over her rein
A woman in deep colors calls down the rain
She is dresses in fine leaves like the forest of the east
She brings with her a reason for a grand feast

Her sweet song turns the leaves
Deep beautiful colors does her voice weave
Yet with her steps a cold chill does awaken
The nights now frosted by this change they have taken

    Slowly the last sister appears
She coats the world in her frozen tears
She is a lovely maiden dresses in the finest white
Yet she has given the world its harshest nights

A icy stare hidden by hair tipped by frost
A haunting smile framed by lips in a frozen gloss
Her steps are measured and slow
Her grief falls to the earth in the form of snow

Each of these season their own
Yet through the elements there spirits show
Trapped in a dance for the rest of time
Each taking turn for the time they shine
