Trying to figure out what to draw
Spare time in class, nothing to do
Nothing seems to come to mind
The page stays blank
I start to draw random lines
But then those lines are quickly erased
My pencil waits to start a sketch
But the page stays blank
Suddenly I begin to write
simple statements, nothing more
Slowly, words come together
The page is now less blank
I feel a rush of excitement now
as I watch some stanzas take shape
Slowly a poem takes form
And the page is no longer blank

- I have to say, I like this poem out of yours the least. Why? Because it doesn't flow. It's more like prose than poetry.
