String
Weave my eyes into place
With dainty digression twisting
Sowing merciful signs brightening dank corners
Heritage blood still waters
Washed from your filthy hands
Glossing broken vase shatter
Trying for a sigh that never comes
On wind and wing
Sight molasses pools mirroring movements
Until unholy taker's boot remains seen
She washes you with perfume
Filled kiss
Imperfect and must wash away
Constant hand motions pushing soap bubbles
Imperfect so cleansing may take duty
Drastically rubbing off scar tissue
Which attracted maggots
From the very bone
Trance beckons future swaying motives
Moral learns from bent over stem
Helpless trees surround scenery with broken limbs
Heartfelt compass leading expeditions
As sinful motives began poking
Scorched earth bribing moon for marriage
Replace black dancing ripples
Polluted home of dead cancer tar
Replacing another red string
Tied into butterfly knots, tightening over pink swell
The pinky reminder, carrying dead weight guilt
Covered by two flaps called pocket
Always and lasting
Constant nightmares take cover through her eyes
In numbing repast hidden well

- This poem really speaks to me, and what I'm going through right now. I think when a poet or an artist can really make the viewer feel something within themselves, that is true and honest art. Thank you for your self-expression. Brilliant as usual.
