-
Seeping through my heart,
Like a miasma of the worst kind.
You tore my heart,
And burned the pieces.
Without my heart,
I was a blind girl,
Desperately groping around in the world of love.
I was trying to learn how to do it,
How to not get burned.
But everytime I reached out,
Everytime I seeked out the answer,
My hand and conciousness was burned.
My heart was still the pitiful pile of ashes,
Your poisoned love made it.
A disinigrated heart,
With a potential that had it all.
I reached out and cried your name.
But you only scattered my heart into the wind,
Grinning all the while.
I sobbed for your love,
Though it was the cause of my undoing.
But you wouldn't even look at me anymore,
I was just another victim,
Of your heartless, poisoned love.
