• Oh fairy
    sing thy song
    to wide world
    sing thy song

    sing to the birds
    and to the trees
    sing to the fish
    and the gentle flowing streams

    sing to the children
    those that rest
    sing your sweet song
that their dreams be the best

    Sing to the rainbows
    sing to the sky
    sing to the wind
and the sun that hangs high

    continue to sing
    your lovely song
    sing even to the darkness
that closes in with the dawn

sing while the birds are shot
out of the sky they'll fall
    sing while the trees burn
the smoke of the flames reaching tall

    sing while the streams
    dammed up it'll become
    sing even as the children
    scream till the kingdoms come

    Sing to the rainbows
    crumbling down
    sing to the sky
    oh so crimson now

    sing to the wind
    that slow dies
    sing even as the sun
    runs away to hide

    sing even as demons
    tear your wings
sing as the darkness chains you
    like that old b*****d king

    sing
as evil claws at your flesh
    and even as cruelty
puts your very sanity to the test

    Continue to sing
    oh please little one
    sing to thine world
    though dead it slowly becomes

    try to ignore
    those dark melodies
    the dreadful music
    the raising of destruction's odes

    Ignore the demon
    that joyous fool
    stroking the violin
    with the bloodstained feathered tool

    Ignore the plucking of stings
    from the dark being
    in his hands a guitar
made of the woodland trees once teeming

    ignore the melodic notes
    of that evil one
    playing with vigor a flute
made of stream reeds and of evil deeds done

    but most of all
    ignore the figure in back
who plays a most dreadful piano
    one that screams...wheezes..and hacks
