It's spelt 'where' not 'were'. 'Were' is the past subjunctive of 'was'. 'Where' is an adjective meaning at, in or to what place.

'Equal' not 'equil'.

Other than those mistakes, it is clearly a heart-felt poem. Just try and get your vocab right next time.
