We slept all night,
And
I tossed and turned,
With thoughts of losing faith,
Nightmares of falling fast,
Through the deep dark sea,
Flailing in grim waters,
My own imagination.
We awake at last,
And
Im still not at ease,
The look of despair clouds my face,
Thoughts of weakness cloud my vision,
Addiction clouds my thoughts,
Just a thought.
You walk out the door,
And
I rush to find a fix,
The thing to fill my void,
Next hit.
Next drink.
Next high.
And..
