I breathe the cold air in November
sit by myself and think;
Ponder the purpose to living
and why one should smile without delight?
Gaze at the icy snow in December
away from the world I shrink
Realizing the joy that I'm missing
Forgetting a world so bright.
Deep in my mind I stay
Isolated from the world outside
I keep to my heart loved ones now gone
and in my mind the sad song goes on.
I sing my sad song each day
and look to a darkening sky.
I cling to what's left of my sanity
and hope to be saved from insanity.

- Title: Icy Heart
- Artist: Edward the Beloved
- Description: Another published poem. Again, I don't remember what I got it published it (I just get a lot of random poetry stuff in the mail). I don't even remember the actual title to this one.. so... *shrugs* Who knows? Again, it should be written by the name Jessica Jamison, or Jessica Marie Jamison. I highly doubt anyone has ever read it though, but maybe? Wrote it my Freshman year of High School.--- http://edward-the-beloved.deviantart.com/
