Cigarettes, tobacco, pipes, weed
Are these really the things you need?
To bring painful pleasure, to bring deadly delight.
Just because others do it,
it doesn't make it right.
The only thing you'll get from this, the only thing you'll gain
Will be the power of nicotine
Stealing your brain.
400,000 people die every year
So tell me please, can't you hear?
The voice of the dead
Their cry in the night.
Please oh please don't start tonight.
40,000 are dead from second-hand alone.
Can you atone?
For the sins you commit and the lives that you take.
Why can't you see?
Others are at stake.
You're parents, you're family, you're most beloved one.
Imagine their pain when the find what you've done.
Smoking cigarettes, it's kinda like a knife.
If you choose to abuse it,
Its bound to steal your life.

- Title: Painful pleasure
- Artist: Kerushie Setsuka
- Description: Well, I wrote this along with my friend Emily from school for a health project about not smoking. We got a really good grade on it, and a lot of kids in my class seemed to like it, so I thought I'd put it up for your opinions. Please don't send hate mail about stuff like "Hey I smoke and you're being a meanie T^T" That's not the point. It was just a good poem so I'd like to share it.

- Smoking is crazy. If I get lung cancer I'm blaming my friend because I certainly don't smoke.
