• Now What?

    Now what does it mean,
    When you live in a dream.
    your own little world,
    Full of diamonds and pearls.

    Is it real where you are,
    Do you live on a star.
    Or deep in the earth,
    Writing poems by the verse.

    Are you all out at sea,
    Do you live on a flea.
    Is your mind all a float?
    On a flea on a boat.

    Is there reason your there,
    Do you just not care.
    Are you lost in your world
    Is your brain all unfurled.

    Or do you run to this place,
    Somewhere you feel safe.
    Away from brutality,
    Cut off from reality.

    A safe place to stay.
    Away from the day
    All wrapped up and warm
    Away from the storm.

    A fantasy land
    where things are quite grand
    and noone needs fear
    because noone is near,
