• Description: This is sorta random. If u don't get it, it's about a boy and a girl. The boy has gotten over the love, and sawed his way through the hardships, but the girl still loves him, and she can't get over him. This has nothing to do with me.

Can't escape

I couldn't escape it.
The severe pain we felt.
You got over it.
Could feel the ice begin to melt.

You escaped it.
The cage we were trapped within.
You chiselled the bars holding it.
God forgave your sin.

But I'm still caged inside it.
Still rattling the bars.
Your love was that 'it'.
That sharp-edged scar.

I can't get over it.
I can't escape it.
I can't chisel the bars with a mind strong.
I can't escape the love that trapped me for 15 years long.
